In 2021, I was introduced to Access Bars®. This is an energetic technique that dramatically reduces stress, while allowing you to release thoughts, feelings, and emotions, promoting a sense of ease throughout different areas of your life. I can’t tell you what exactly it will do for you, but I do know that what takes place during and after a Bars session will be a pleasant surprise. For me, Bars have helped me be more resilient, focused, and generally feel happier. I’m less reactive in sticky situations. There are also verbal tools to facilitate change by gaining more awareness that creates more choices and possibilities for you and your life.
